Start with a written status
Record the request reference, amount, currency, method and time. Ask whether it is pending, awaiting documents, approved or already sent. Those labels describe different steps and need different evidence.
Read the limit clauses
Per-request and periodic limits can affect a payout separately from payment-network speed. If an instalment clause applies, ask for the schedule in writing. Do not increase play to reach a withdrawal minimum.
Keep the request intact
Cancelling a withdrawal can return the money to a playable balance and restart processing. If you need clarification, contact support without reversing the request or placing further bets.
